Paintings by Amber Mintert

This month's art exhibit features oil and watercolor paintings by Joplin artist Amber Mintert.  The artist, who teaches art at Webb City High School, works in a playfully enigmatic style.  She manages to imbue her paintings with magic, no matter what the subject matter--from dream-like fantasy to scenes of domestic life.
